At JY Preserved Flowers shop, each arrangement is handmade with care. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

- Your order number

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a partial/full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

- Custom-made or personalized items

-Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
